For those who’ve tried to bypass important steps in life, one major setback is that it doesn’t work. How old are you? I bet you have old wounds that come up as you reminisce about the past? I know because I have a few I wish I had done differently, but life is life, and doing better tomorrow is the key to development. How much time do I need in order to heal? For some, the healing process seems easy, but I’m still healing from old wounds. Don’t worry about how long it takes, especially when you see others succeeding. Don’t compete with others when it comes to your well-being, development and growth. You need to understand that as long as you work on yourself, no matter how long it takes, it’s perfect.

Why is the healing process important?

I’ve been thinking about how I can share what I’m feeling through this message? I’ve gone through a lot just like you, and I know that you get what I’m trying to share. I just can’t find that element that will leave you feeling warm, knowing that I know how you feel because you have a lot of weight on your shoulders. No one knows how long you need… People may guide you, and books can speed up the process. On my part, I will motivate you, but until you decide to move forward, the healing process will not begin.

Like I said, I’m healing from old wounds, and from time to time, I’m triggered by outside events that make me remember what I’ve gone through. It’s okay to feel rattled because no one is perfect. As long as you pick yourself up and carry on, life won’t hold you back.

How can I stop thinking about hurtful periods in my life?

It’s as if my mind is wired to remember bad things. If I’m happy, it doesn’t take a magic wand to revert back to bad memories, but I work on myself to think about good things that have happened in my life. I use these memories to form a path of happiness, knowing that my life has a lot to look forward to. You don’t have to have anxiety as long as you choose to appreciate yourself.
