Why it’s important to delete and exit bad groups and accounts

We’re bombarded with millions of views, shorts, and non-stop breaking news. Every second you’re hearing of events and breaking news happening everywhere. Honestly, we’re overwhelmed by information and that’s why fake news has infiltrated our lives in a dangerous way.

Take care of your heart because can you tell what is real and fake anymore? Do you know what is created with artificial intelligence, and what is real anymore? Be forewarned, we live in a time trying by all means to change rapidly. Knowing how hard it took for mankind to get this far, we seem to know right from wrong, but alas, it seems as if we don’t care what dangerous consequences await us.

Take care of your heart

Take care of your heart because our connected world needs an emotionally intelligent person, who will manage to remain focused and safe. If you’re not in control of your emotional state you’ll find it challenging to remain composed, whereby people who lack empathy will feel the effects of a world which is continuously degrading.

It’s important to develop your willpower. To understand addiction. It’s important to know where you can find help for anything because this world is not slowing down. The power of artificial intelligence is getting stronger. It’s influence reaches you, but it will not affect you if your emotional intelligence is growing.

As motivational writers our role is to highlight dangers. Give you ways on how to defend yourself because emotional development is all about how well you can defend yourself from outside influences.

Take care of your heart

Safeguard your heart. Safeguard what you allow yourself to hear, read, and see. Block bad websites. Unfollow emotional degrading accounts. Stop following bad people. Exit groups which harm your soul. It’s not worth it. If you cannot do it, How will you manage to sense danger for your little one’s? How will you know right from wrong, if everything is accepted in your mind and heart

Your life is precious. Take good care of it. Help other people in need. Donate to people in need. Become a catalyst for good change. This is how you’ll continue to grow. Honestly, when you allow nasty things in your life they’ll eventually overwhelm you. It’s never too late and it’s never too early to change.

Conclusion

I hope that you heed this message and caution. Because if you don’t, it’s on you, and you cannot blame anyone. For those of you who’ve been touched by this message, I applaud you. Take care of your heart and don’t allow bad things to consume you
