Life as an Outcast or Vagabond is anything but boring or dull — it’s surprisingly peaceful and intensely focused. Consider the greatness that comes with mastering the art of avoiding unnecessary attention or submersing yourself in recycled drama.
Where most of us are from, the prevailing narrative centers around climbing the social ladder. Without a remarkable journey, earning respect and acknowledgment appears nearly impossible. It requires unveiling a clear path for others to witness.
Yet, as time passed, I came to understand that none of these conventional markers truly matter. The mindset and the kind of inspiration one possesses can be deceiving. Trying to mimic the actions of others, often done recklessly, proved to be a futile endeavor. I found myself in a world I once labeled as full of “simpletons.” (I was Rude back then, haha)
Born in chaos, raised amidst chaos, and occasionally participating in it, how did I manage to avoid succumbing to its clutches? It wasn’t sheer luck; it was a stroke of chance. Perhaps my story wasn’t as captivating as others, and that was perfectly fine. Why? Because I didn’t care enough to share, to boast. Embracing humility and refraining from glorifying tragic moments is crucial for those with self-control. Deep origins aren’t necessary to showcase our supremacy.
While it might have seemed like a setback, or a stance crippled by circumstances, it fueled an ambition beyond my immediate vision. I am grateful for the closed opportunities, the disrespect, and the unfavorable outcomes. It made me bitter, but with a change in perspective, I found peace with everything. Remember, it’s not the grandiosity of the story but the resilience and growth within it that truly matter. #MotivationalMonday #RiseAbove
