Do you believe in karma?

Why intentional emotions thrive

Whatever you put out comes back to you. In business, they say your reputation is worth its weight in gold. If you’re a good person the world around you returns it in the same manner. But if you’re hard headed. If you’re rude and devious the world will serve you justly.

Why good emotions attract others

A kind heart finds help easily. When you develop your emotional well-being, your influence grows and your influence reaches a lot of people. What you do becomes a tested tool for other people. Do you recall being compared to someone growing up? So and so, is better than you because they are this and that. Or, so and so, is a failure because of their actions; if you continue like this you will end up like them.

Unfortunately, the world is constantly looking at us. Comparing you to others. But this isn’t pressure once you control your emotions. Comparisons matter because they can help you see your future. If you’re struggling with something. There are people who have overcome their struggles. Such people help you compare the benefits of giving up something harming your life. It’s good to have people you look up to. Find motivation through them and use it in your life.

Your choices are important

What you do, challenge, overcome is all you. You cannot blame other people forever. You cannot build a successful life if you are the reason things aren’t going your way. Believe in yourself and go for your goals as best you can. This is only achieved when your emotions are intentionally developed to achieve targeted goals. In sports you must practice every day, not only physically, but you have to develop your mental strength. Without set goals you will not succeed in your field.

  • Why intentional emotions thrive

Question: Why do you see well built athletes fail against seemingly weak contenders, when the bigger person looks the part of success? The answer is, it’s your mental strength which is the determining catalyst in life. Without mental growth intentionally developed for success, you will give up when your well built body throws in the towel because their mental strength is weak.

Conclusion

Don’t worry about what other people will say when you choose to change your life for the better. If you’re willing to grow then it’s okay to give up things holding you back. Why? Give your life every possible edge to succeed. It’s intentional developed emotions which make your life a success.
