It may be a fact that you are unable to help someone with a lack of motivation or guidance. Sometimes, we must be willing to create value for others. That is what leadership is about. If you plan on being a mentor, teacher, leader of an organization, or a parent, it’s your job to create value whenever needed for the youth. This could be something as simple as sharing your stories, providing insight on things that can change others’ perspectives (in a positive way, I hope), or creating excitement, hope, or ideas. All people need in order to spark motivation is a little push. So many people poured their energy into you, and it’s time to give it back! Just for you to realize that giving fills you with more energy tenfold. If you see someone at a crossroads and you care for them, do your thing! You won’t regret it.
“The more you put out into the world, the stronger you will need to be in order to bounce back from whatever may come your way.”
Everything is subjective…
