The disadvantage of keeping quiet means you don’t fix the problems that affect your life. Being honest is something you do for yourself. Don’t do it for other people because when you do it as a requirement, it never works. But when you do it to build your life, the advantages are endless.

For me, honesty was something I pictured as a weak emotion. There are two types of honesty, in my opinion. Honesty number 1. You have your day-to-day honesty that you use around people. Honesty number 2. It’s the quiet honesty about yourself you keep secret. Honesty number 2 is when you know that you have an addiction, and you lie to people about it. The only way you will find help is by telling someone.
