Why you only grow and evolve when you pursue it
Growth is only available when we make space for it, unlike change — which is inevitable, growth needs to be sought. You only grow and evolve when you pursue it. However there is a positive correlation between growth and change. The more you surrender to the process of change, the more you grow into a version of self that is more seasoned and evolved. Its not an overnight thing that happens but is a process.
Growth entails the process of unbecoming and becoming and that is when change takes place . It requires one to let go, to surrender to the process of becoming. Also growth is uncomfortable…thus it cannot take place in the comfort zone. At some point the comfort zone becomes crammed and room needs to be made in order for growth to take place.
REASONS WHY GROWTH IS UNCOMFORTABLE

Imagine how uncomfortable it must be for a seed to surrender to the process of becoming a plant when a stem protrudes through the seed and anchors itself into the ground. The seed has no other option but to surrender to the process and endure the growing pains because somewhere in the core of its being it knows and thus trusts the natural process that must take place. The seed is seduced and inspired by its own potential, thus it embodies its potential by growing with the flow. Just as a butterfly when it emerges from its cocoon, it trusted the process so you should too. Spread your wings and fly towards your greatest potential and higher self.
Conclusion
Growth is one thing that you work towards consistently. It requires one to consistently choose it. It needs an environment that is conducive for it to take place therefore uproot that which no longer serves you. Grow beyond the norm, dare to dream big! Growth is on the other side of fear as well, we need to deviate from the fear of our own potential. Your potential is literally waiting for you to ignite it.
Allow yourself to evolve and transcend into the greatest version of yourself and always remember to grow with the flow.
