When hard challenges in your life are no more

Your time is coming why it's important to hold on

As you get older you begin to realize, in small droplets, that not everything you dream about comes true. It’s sobering because at one point in your life you could move mountains. But as you grow older the mountains begin to rise, and get bigger and bigger, and bigger, and even bigger.

You begin to realize the value it offers as well as the cost it demands for you to achieve something. And many a time the realisation happens when you begin to pursue it. When you realize that dreams are hard to achieve, and why they’re worth it.

When you begin to see signs around you of people who fail, and people who succeed. When you learn about why success is achieved by people who never give up. This is how your frustration and anxiety grows.

It’s only when you’ve pursued your goals for sometime, without giving up… that’s when you prove to yourself how much you want to achieve it. Success is not easy to realize. Dreams are pure in your mind. They cannot be tainted by outside influences. As long as you believe in them, whatever happens outside of your mind, your dream doesn’t change.

So what’s your dream about?

What is your goal and what are you pursuing? Either way someone has tried to achieve it and failed. Or they pursued it and succeeded. Which is a good thing because learning how other people failed and achieved their goals is one key to success.

If you don’t learn you will not grow. If you don’t grow you will not understand why challenges are inevitable and why not giving up comes with the pursuit of happiness. As long as you do your part, regardless of how long it takes. You will succeed. I’ll repeat this. As long as you do your part, regardless of how long it takes. You will succeed.

The disadvantages of hearing motivational messages when you’re knee-deep in pursuing your goals

Unlike random messages you hear. In our time where our phones spy on us. Whatever you search on your phone becomes the thing you repeatedly see. When you’re overwhelmed by motivational messages it can affect you. And that’s when you’re most vulnerable to giving up.

3 ways motivational messages can affect you

1. In the beginning, hearing the phrase, Your time is coming is like pouring gasoline over an open fire.
2. In the middle of your journey… coming across the same message can feel like 100 kilogram weights have been placed on top of you. When self-doubt demoralizes you by using it to derail you. You end up questioning whether this message is even true… How long does it take… because honestly I’m not seeing it?
3. When you’re close to the finish line. This phrase. Your time is coming! Can break you. If you cannot see the finish line due to all the challenges you’re facing. Hearing a motivational message like this can break you. Why? Because after working very hard, for a long time. The fear of losing and people judging you can be poisonous.

Your time is coming, why it’s important to hold on. Don’t give up. Don’t be afraid to get up and keep on keeping on. Showing up everyday is the new motivational phrase. Keep showing up, do your part, and you’ll succeed. As long as you keep showing up to your dreams, you will succeed.

Conclusion

Your time is coming. Believe in yourself and remember why you started in the first place. Don’t give up. Keep showing up and you will succeed. Do your part diligently and you will succeed. Because success is something you have to fight for, and when it sees your dedication it will reward you.
